Integration
Does Novence work with GitHub Actions?
Yes — it connects. GitHub Actions deploys a pre-built folder with npx novence deploy ./dist --no-input and NOVENCE_API_KEY.
What does the GitHub Actions integration sync?
- Upload the built static directory (or one HTML file)
- Run Lighthouse/axe/link checks on verified plans
- Print the live URL; failures exit non-zero so the job fails
How do I set up GitHub Actions with Novence?
Step 01 · Build first
Novence does not run next build. Export static HTML in the workflow, then deploy the output folder.
Step 02 · Store the key
Add NOVENCE_API_KEY as a GitHub Actions secret. Never commit it.
Step 03 · Deploy
npx novence deploy ./dist --json --no-input. Node 18+ on the runner.
