Step 01 · Discover
Agent does this
Search Google / Maps for local businesses with weak or outdated websites. Pick prospects with public contact info. Ask before outreach.
Step 02 · Rebuild
Agent does this
Generate a modern static site (Astro framework works best but any static site generator will do) from public content and images using frontend skills. Output HTML/CSS/JS only — no SSR.
Step 03 · Host style variants
Novence does this
Create multiple Novence projects per prospect (classic / bold / minimal). Each gets https://{suffix}.novence.ai/. Pro = 20 projects; Scale = 125.
Step 04 · Pass checks
Novence does this
Deploy and poll until live. Iterate on Lighthouse, axe, and link checks before emailing anyone.
Step 05 · Attach forms
Novence does this
Wire contact CTAs to Novence Forms (/__forms/{formId}) so leads hit the agency inbox on the pitch site.
Step 06 · Email preview URLs
Agent does this
Send the live *.novence.ai URLs to the business to view the pitch site.
Step 07 · Close the deal
Agent does this
If they buy, invoice on your agency billing — not Novence. Keep hosting on Pro/Scale. You set the client price; Novence is your only hosing cost for all your clients.
Step 08 · Client domain cutover
Novence does this
Attach the client’s domain to the chosen variant (CNAME www → fallback.novence.ai; apex URL-redirect to www). Retire unused style projects to free quotas.

Playbook FAQ

Does Novence search Google or email businesses?

No. Your agent (e.g. Claude Code) discovers prospects and sends outreach. Your agent automatically hosts the sites on Novence and can also, run checks (Lighthouse, axe, broken links) and adds contact forms, without the set-up time of a tradational agency build process.

How do style variants use plan quotas?

Each variant is a Novence project. Pro includes 20 projects (~6 clients × 3 styles, or 20 single pitches). Scale includes 125. Retire unused variants after the client picks one.

Can pitch sites use Novence Forms before the client pays?

Yes. Create a form per project and point the HTML action at /__forms/{formId}. Submissions notify your agency email while the site is still on *.novence.ai.

Who bills the end client?

You do, on your own invoice. Novence subscription is only for hosting (Free/Pro/Scale).
